When a group of friends with big ideas get together amazing things can happen. That's how the Art of Gloving was born. From there it's grown into the largest free monthly flow gathering we know of. We've gotten the chance to work on music videos, raise money for charities, publish articles, help with a Master's thesis', and teach workshops at professional flow arts events - and include the community every step along the way! AOG has opened the doors for our community, there is a movement (MVMT!) happening right now and we want everyone to be a part of it.
